Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when and how Bastionsoft UAB ("Bastion", "we", "us" or "our") issues refunds for licences purchased through our self-serve checkout at bastionsoft.com.


1. Money-back guarantee

Bastionsoft offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for Product and Company licences purchased through self-serve checkout. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within the guarantee period — no questions asked.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following must apply:

  • The licence was purchased directly through our self-serve checkout on bastionsoft.com.
  • The refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • The licence type is Product or Company.

Licences negotiated and invoiced outside the self-serve checkout (e.g. enterprise contracts, custom agreements) are not covered by this policy. Please refer to the terms of your individual agreement.

3. How to request a refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. To request a refund:

  1. Email info@bastionsoft.com from the address associated with your Bastionsoft account.
  2. Include your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email) and the purchase date.
  3. We will confirm receipt and process the refund within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

4. Effect of a refund

After a refund is issued:

  • The licence is immediately terminated.
  • Portal access is revoked and you will no longer be able to log in to the Bastionsoft customer portal.
  • You must stop using Bastionsoft software and permanently delete all downloaded Bastionsoft model weights, source code, and licence keys.

Continued use of Bastionsoft software after a refund has been issued constitutes a breach of the Terms of Service and the applicable End-User Licence Agreement.

5. Non-refundable items

The following are not covered by this refund policy:

  • Licences purchased more than 14 calendar days before the refund request.
  • Licences acquired through channels other than the self-serve checkout (e.g. resellers, enterprise agreements).
  • Renewal charges where the renewal was not cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Changes apply to purchases made after the revision date.
